Elfow - What a load of my Arse

This is the opening statement on the Eflow website in the 'about us' section:

eFlow is the barrier-free tolling system on the M50. It aims to make the motorway work much better for you.

Overhead cameras and detectors automatically record your electronic tag or vehicle number plate, so you can pass through the toll point at normal driving speed, avoiding queues and reducing stress and frustration.

Oh I wonder what this post could be about? Let me pick a couple of choice words from the second paragragh above; 'Avoiding', 'queues', 'stress', 'frustration' and 'overhead'. Never have I dealt with a more God awful unholy pisspot group of monkeys acting as customer representatives in my rather uneventful life. In theory, the idea of barrier free tolling works and even practically, it works. But by the acting of Alec Baldwin their back office and fulfilment procedures sometimes make me think that they are yet to discover fire? Or the wheel? Or, oh I dont know, maybe something called A HUMAN BEING! The last of which I refer to because for some strange reason, they seem to believe so confidently in their oh so reliant computer software that when half of the population of IRELAND were telling them it was wrong; they responded with, 'well the camera has your licence plate number'. Well FUCK YOU HAL, if I wanted to be controlled by a computer I would have watched The Matrix. Ineptitude of the highest order. That's all I have to say about that, I might get another summons if I continue.
